Our CRYSTAL RESISTANT BROAD DISTILLATE (CRBD) is the answer to the problem of possible CBD crystallisation in VAPE liquids. Indeed, some cannabinoids can revert to their crystalline form when mixed with hemp extract or carrier oil. While CBD recrystallisation is not harmful, it can make the product unattractive and more difficult to vape.
The CRBD developed by Spectrums Europe is exceptionally pure and is obtained after rigorously eliminating all unwanted waxes and «fats» naturally present in the natural raw material. This ensures that the phytocannabinoids it contains, especially CBD, do not crystallize.
The CBD content of our CRBD varies between 50% and 55%. As a broad spectrum extract, it also contains other minor cannabinoids such as CBDV, CBG, CBT, CBC and terpenes. The ingredient can also be offered without terpenes.
Formulation tip : adding PG (propylene glycol) or VG (vegetable glycerine) to CRBD distillates can help improve vape quality. However, it dilutes the CBD in the formula. PG facilitates vaping and enhances throat hit for a more intense experience, while VG, which is thicker, generates more intense clouds and offers a smoother vape. Our CRBD is ready to vape without PG or VG. The addition of PG/VG remains optional and depends on individual preferences, especially if terpenes are used to stabilize the product.
