Informations & Questions Fréquentes
The hemp from which CBD is extracted has been used for a very long time in the industry and is regulated by frenc law decree of august 22, 1990 from public health code for cannabis. This decree specifies, in relation to the article R5181 that CBD, which THC level is under 0,2 % in the plant, can be used in industry and marketed because it is derived from varieties of cannabis devoid of narcotic properties.
In addition, it is forbidden to present cannabis in a favorable light or to allege therapeutic virtues in the use of CBD.
Our products are derived from Cannabis Sativa L, rich in CBD and other minor cannabinoids, with over 30 terpenes. CBD represents ~ 85% of all cannabinoids and the primary terpenes are beta-caryophyllene, humulene, linalool, pinene, and bisabolol, which work synergistically with CBD.
We are vertically integrated, from the field to the finished product. We cultivate, extract and manufacture the semi-finished products and raw materials that we market. We also manage R&D on new products and the development of extraction or purification technologies.
- Uses food ethanol or supercritical CO2
- High CBD content, 0.0% THC, which leads to a high quality extract
- No external additive
- Closed process to preserve terpenes
- THC is completely removed
All other components, minor cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, are retained.
No heavy metals
We implement a proprietary manufacturing that uses chromatography to remove THC but retains all other synergistic molecules in hemp oil. The elimination of THC combined with the preservation of various cannabinoids, terpenes, lipids and flavonoids, ensures that the full spectrum nature of hemp extract is preserved.
The hemp plant material is dried and ground into a powder form. This allows for a higher surface area which, in turn, leads to efficient extraction in a shorter time.
The extraction is carried out either in supercritical CO2 or in ethanol. The solvent allows the preferential extraction of cannabinoids, waxes, terpenes.
The liquid extract or the suspension containing the plant material is treated by a custom designed filtration process intended to retain undissolved solids while a clean extract without solid is able to penetrate through the filter membrane.
The solvent of the clean hemp extract is recovered by distillation. This converts the liquid extract into an oil form.
This extract is also processed to remove waxes.
Last step, a unique chromatography medium removes THC.
The final extract contains ~ 95% phytocannabinoids, such as CBD, CBDV, CBG / CBC / CBE / CBL and 1-4% terpenes.
